President and CEO

Thinz is an administrative and functional expert with over 14 years of professional HR experience in retail, multi-level marketing, accounting and auditing industries. She has an entrepreneurial mindset that has a passion to support small and medium sized organizations to achieve their HR and business objectives.

She has proven to be effective in managing the overall HR and Admin function for start-ups and was able to help young entrepreneurs to build their own effective HR Administration. She is now taking up her Master degree in Business Administration at the Universidad Isabel I Barcelona Spain.

Rian Remoluna

HR Business Partner

A dynamic HR Professional with over 15 years of experience in retail, electronic manufacturing, PET plastic manufacturing, construction, accounting and auditing industries. Has expertise in implementing the Strategic Human Resource Management System of the company to enable to attract, engage, develop and retain talents, and align HR programs with the strategic objectives of the organization. Works effectively as Strategic Business Partner and Change Agent of the organization.

Competent in creating competency profile and entrenching it to HRM System. Adept in all facets of Human Resources most especially in Employee Relation, Training and Organizational Development.

Marky Fernandez

HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Selection

An enthusiastic HR Professional with over 10 years of extensive professional experience in recruitment and selection in electronics and manufacturing. He works well in the overall HR functions in constructions, academe, accounting and auditing industries. His expertise in talent acquisition helps him to effectively deliver his manpower needs on time and was able to hire right candidates for the position.

He is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and completed his Master of Science in Psychology in Laguna College of Business and Arts.

Che Pangilinan

HR Business Partner – Compensation & Benefits

A certified HR expert with a heart of helping both the employees and the business owners. She has over 14 years of HR professional experience that serves the best interest of the organization. Her excellent listening skills and in-depth knowledge of HR principles and methods helps her to become an effective HR Generalist and able to implement different HR programs and initiatives suited to the business needs.

She actively participates in different HR organizations and currently taking up her HR Paralegal class.

Chito is well-experienced Auditor and Accountant with seven (7) years of experience in various industries, such as retail, leasing, manufacturing and construction sectors. He has dedication to give advice to small and medium entities how to make their businesses profitable.

He is patient in training his people not only to learn technical aspects of auditing and accounting, but also how to be well-mannered and confident professionals. He is now engaged in Public Practice Sector as a Certified Public Accountant.
