  • The HR Business Partner must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field.
  • A candidate for the position will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning for HR Operations.
  • The candidate’s familiarity with the HR best practices is a necessity for key areas of recruitment, and benefits, and training and development.
