The HR Manager will lead the organization’s HR programs and policies as to apply to staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee discipline, talent development and safety. She develops strategic solutions to employment-related matters that affect the organization’s ability to meet its productivity and performance goals.


  • Must have at least five (5) years of HR related experience in the Sales & Retail industry.
  • Preferably with experience in a start-up company and fashion industry.
  • Must have a solid HR experience in Performance Management, Training, and Employee Engagement.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
