The Merchandising Manager creates, oversees, and implements merchandising strategies. He/she shall ensure profitability while building a long-term collaboration with brand partners, merchants, buyers, and suppliers. He/she shall ensure that the product selection is aligned with market trends and can be effective in monitoring supply and demand in the fashion industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduate of any course related to Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• At least with five (5) years of work-related experience in retail merchandising.
• Possesses strong negotiable skills and can arrive at win-win solutions with partners
• Have strong analytical skills, and comfortable dealing with numerical data
