  • Knowledge on the following software and hardware solutions/brands is preferred:, Zendesk, Solver, endpoint security solutions, network protection solutions, data center solutions (i.e. switches, routers, access points), structured cabling, server and workstations, back-up and storage solutions and communication system solutions (surveillance system, door access, PABX, software licensing, and other IT services.
