The Sales Manager is the head of the company’s sales department managing all different sales channels including all retail stores of the company. He/she leads the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to achieve Company objectives, increase the company’s long-term profit growth and motivating the employees to hit sales goals. His/her primary aim is to boost sales revenue through professional, efficient operations and reaching management goals in accordance with the company’s comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Extensive experience as a sales manager in the SAME INDUSTRY
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and strategies in sales
- Must be willing to work onsite
